It’s one of the best techno-functional books I have read on this topic (SAP HANA) when there aren’t very many authoritative resources to turn to, as it’s still a new technology. The book not only ensure in clearly explaining important concepts to a beginner but also go on to deep-dive with step-by-step approach on how to perform a task that every experienced SAP consultant will benefit from. The author have done a great job in covering all important aspects and areas associated with a SAP HANA project, such as project planning, infrastructure and security planning, real-life migration scenarios as well as cutover and post-go-live support processes. Several real-life and actual projects’ scenarios with numerous time, efforts and cost saving tips, lessons learned and pitfalls to avoid are also covered. The book satisfactorily addresses many questions CIOs, technical and functional teams will have while considering to implement SAP Business Suite on SAP HANA. I received this book free from SAP PRESS as part of their book review program. I was not required to write a positive review, and the opinions I’ve expressed are my own.
